I still can't believe that this great nation couldn't produce 2 candidates that weren't complete assholes, but here we are.
I think the lesser of 2 evils is getting the votes tonight though.
Your thoughts? I'm certain the results of the night, however it turns out, will be contested, but is looks like the writing is on the wall.
This election was less about The Issues and more about Politicians. The Government in this country has turned from being about doing what is best for the people to being what is best for the politician. Washington is FULL of individuals that started as hundredaires and have turned themselves into Millionaires. There are people that have spent their entire lives in office making $100k a year that are now worth tens of millions of dollars all at the expense of those that put them there.
Trump represents the exact opposite of everything that is currently in office. He can't be bought, influenced or blackmailed. He is NO Dream candidate but more importantly he is NO Politician. THAT is what got him elected.
Who says building a border wall won't work?!? The Chinese built one over 2000 years ago and they STILL don't have any Mexicans ...
Im not going to get involved in a political debate as I live in the uk an have our own problems. However in a democracy there will be a winner and a loser. Do these people demonstrating against Trump think, if they smash up enough of their own community Trump will just hand the result to Clinton ? Just an observation.

I never put my Seneca lineage on any documentation. I'm over 50% white. The 25% Indian in me, from my mother's side, nonetheless, isn't documented anywhere.
Unless you live on a reservation, have a tax exemption card, or get checks in the mail from the local casino, I don't think the Indian in you counts for much of anything to the pollsters.
Again we have our own immigration problems. However it occurs to me that unless your family name is Red cloud, sitting bill or some other Native American name your drone immigrant descent. Fairly sure Trump ain't no American Indian name !!!

My point exactly. Father German and mother Scottish. It's a tough one. Everybody wants what's best for their families. U.K. deported all the children from London to Australia during the war. The annoying part about immigration in the U.K. Is , after billions of £ spent and many servicemen men and women making the ultimate sacrifice to liberate countries like Afghanistan. Refugees are traveling through many safe countries to get to the uk because of our welfare system.
