Sonny, I suppose you're now going to tell us that you ride/lift a big block?
And Bill, I'm guessing that due to the unfortunate affliction that you recently shared by showing us your radiograph that the only way you could do this would be to straddle a pit with the block at the bottom?

That was cringe worthy to watch - why would anyone even think about doing that.
