I'm lookin for a non chrome dash panel (not the inserts)that will fit an 02. anybody that may have replaced their stock one with a chrome one have one laying aroud they want to get rid of?

You can make a set of dash inserts out of almost any kind of rigid water repellent material . Plastic would be good and you could paint it any color you want or find some material that is already the color that would match your bike . I know a guy that was going to make a set of dash inserts out of rigid linoleum floor tile that had a marbleized look finish that matched his bike .

I guess i should of made myself more clear. I want the whole dash. not the inserts.
