I called him Barry.
He had so much grief with airport security, he said the hell with it.
He was interested in mine until I told him that I wasnt giving it away. He lost interest fast when I told him that he isnt getting it for under 12 g's.

He told me of a SB and what he paid for it.
Lets say it was much less than one would pay for a well used HD bagger.

He figured the BB would and should be much cheaper.
So I asked him to make me an offer. He didnt. He said he wasnt interested in buying one.
That was it.

...he bought it for cheap and then a friend of mine asked him last summer what he would sell it for and he wanted $24,000...

Yuppers.............................

Here in Ontario,
We call them test pilots.
Specific bikers wants a Hoss.[To want a Big Block is another story.
It isnt like you can test ride one at will. Besides, I wouldnt sell this bike to anyone in the 1st place.
I dont necessarily want to be on anyones tombstone./i]
When one wants a BB, they never ask dumbass questions. They also know the approxiamate value
of one in the 1st place. There were only so many made.
In this case, you either want one or not.

I rode one in 2000, loved it and saved up for 6 years. Bought it cash and it breaks my heart having to part with it. Having clocked under 700 miles in the last 2 years wasnt my intention. Seeing the economy go south globally wasnt in my sights either. At times, working in the self employed niche doesnt give us the intended effects.
Its sits in my heated shop and can be rode when the winter is done. I spend more time in my skid steer. The big problem there is , top speed is only a blistering 12 mph. LOL

I'm still not quite sure why most of my riding buddies won't even get on the bike... I guess I'm going to have to suggest that if they drop my bike... I'll fix it... and I'll make their next bike payment on their Harley too!

I always thought that Canadian blood was thick as a constipated shit!!

I bought my 502 without riding one! C'mon fellas or gals.... pony up!

Don't make me do a cartoon on Canadian whimpery over riding and owning a Boss Hoss!!!

Most people wont get on them cuz they is scared.

Most would like to buy one if they werent scared. The ones who arent, are broke or just cant afford to buy one, yet........
