I see Uncle Tony here saying (1 min into the video) that the vacuum advance / retard pipe should be connected to the PORT side of the Edle but it's been piped into the MANIFOLD of my Holley up to now...

I'm waiting for a new Power Valve but when it's fitted I'll be happy to test it and change to PORT ~ but is he right?
