Question: UV Resistant Helmet Gloss

I don't even know what to call it. Resin? Helmet clear coat?
Is there some kind of clear UV resistant gloss that can be painted onto a helmet (with a brush?) to seal in stickers and decals?
Silly question, because one of my helmets is already like that, so I know a product is out there. I've added a few extras to my helmet, and I'd like to seal them in as well, but I don't know what to seal them with.
Anyone ever coated helmets with a gloss coat of some kind? If so, what did you use? I wouldn't ordinarily care, but this helmet holds significant sentimental value. Thank you.
