One of my friends and customers who lives 7 hours away brought his Sierra trike for service Tuesday.

It has a Hoppe batwing style fairing on it different from the Factory's.

Figured I would show how it looks from different angles and how it was mounted.

Hoppe is usually set up a at the Harley Shop during Biekweek. I have done quite a few of these. There are other batwing manufacturers also...such as Dragonfly or one without a stereo is Memphis Shades which are quite a bit cheaper

That's a good looking set-up,Barry. I actually prefer that fairing over the factory unit.

I like it also Barry. One question comes to mind. Are you looking over the windshield or through it. No big deal because the windshields come in many different heights.

It is a customers trike. I never even sat on it just took pics. Buy everyone that I have done I set it up so I personally could see over it. About nose height for me at the top of the windshield is what I prefer. I can always duck down in rain or whatever

And the great thing about these aftermarket HD style batwings, there are so many choices of windshield sizes and shapes ! (I am assuming they take a HD style shield, right Barry ?

I am not 100% sure. I have never had to order another windshield after installing a fairing. They seemed to be good height from the start. I can ask my son
