Harold has acquired a staph infection(MRSA), so
the doctors are applying different combinations
of antibiotics.
He received 2 units of blood yesterday.
Keep up with the prayers.

As I made my reservations today for the
BH rally for Sept. in Paris, I asked them to
see if Harold made his reservation.
He did, and I know he will plan to attend.
I hope to go see him this weekend.
Will give an update after my visit.

I saw Harold yesterday(3April2016).
As he has this staph infection, we currently have to
wear gloves and a gown.
Geezer is upset the gown I wore was white, and not PINK! :nanner:
Harold's WBC is up and down as the doctors are fighting
his staph infection aggressively with antibiotics.
He is talking up a storm, and wants to have a chocolate
shake on his BD(29April), even if it kills him! (HIS words!)
The staff says if he will keep moving his legs
in the bed a lot, then his PT will wind up going better
for him in the future. Kidneys still not working, but we
are hoping they will start working while in therapy.
He plans to make Shane's wedding at the end of May.
Dunno yet about La Crosse, but he DOES have his
reservation for the BH Rally in Paris in Sept.
Today is day # 64 since his crash.
He DOES remember skidding in a straight line(That's
why we call him "Skid"), but he doesn't remember why
he crashed. His HD is now at his HD dealer of HIS
choice for repair.

I just got home from visiting Harold(10April2016).
Today is day # 70 since his crash.
Geezer had me take my laptop with me, in the hopes
we could have Harold do Chat at noon on Sunday.
.net chat wouldn't function at the hospital.
We tried FB chat, and it worked !
Geezer, Shane, Grumpy, Deb, and Ron were typing
messages, and I would relay them to Harold on a
dry erase board. Let me tell you, they had Harold
in stitches !!! It was FABULOUS to see him
belly-laugh with no pain. I DO believe that his ribs
are now healed up !
Harold was flirting with the girl nurse while we were
on chat. :maninlove:
The girl nurse said they are hoping that Harold can
start eating solid food later on this week.
He is STILL IMPROVING ! :usa:

Harold is being moved to another room tonight.
14April2016
This move will mean he doesn't have to be
monitored as much.
If anyone goes to see him now, he will be in
room 417 in the Turner Tower of The Med
in Memphis.
AGAIN, this is improvement !

Again, This is great to hear..However does the hospital think its wise to allow the pretty nurses around Harold without proper supervision?
