wet wiring??

seeing ELS post on the old school bike and getting the rain dumped down his neck...we got caught in a down pour today with the trike...went under an overpass with another biker because we couldn't see to drive..rain stopped so off we went..almost home and didn't realize the road had such a deep ridge and did a little hydroplane with the trike... noticed our brake light was on showing our brake lights weren't working..so almost home, Rock used our hazards coming to stop lights..front hazards were blinking but back not blinking and no brake lights either..no fuse popped...let the trike sit for couple of hours and now everything works..wiring somewhere got wet and then dried out??????? when we hit the puddle i felt water from my ankles to almost my ass..was really a drenching...he got it too..Boom
