Then after the crash the other run but I chased him down and caught him

The guy and kid in the other car are in bad shape

I guess the next thought is we are all guilty of what would be refered to as "street racing"...the difference is hopefully that anyone here would pick a 'safer' moment to do it and be man enough to face consequences if there was any. Stories like this open a can of worms ay
