What's it worth?

Post by Steve McGrath »

Hi,

I know someone with a untested second hand transmision for a 502. Supposed to be ok.

Just wondering if somone can give me an idea of its value?

Thanks,
Steve.

I sold one for $2,200 and I believe...not for sure... that it was good.

Maybe I am an odd duck, but before I spend money on anything , I would want to know exactly what I am buying. What revision is the transmission? A B C or D? Knowing the manufacture date may be helpful in knowing what version tranny it is. Being that is was supposedly behind a BB means it has to be Revision C or earlier? 2007 was the last BB Made.
To answer your question, It is worth what you can get for it. Start high and if nobody bites, go lower. It would be a LOT easier to sell IF you had some history / info on it.
