Private message problems?

There are two members who are having problems with the pm system. Can anyone having issues post here and let me know? I want to determine if it is a forum software, hosting, or an individual computer issue.

Once you send a pm it goes into your outbox and won't leave there until the recipient reads it. Also, the envelope icon will show the top flipped up indicating a new message (s) in the message tab at the top of the forum. In addition, you should get an email notification as well.

For the pm system to work properly, your settings should look like the pic below. To access, hover over your username and click user control panel then board preferences.

So it is only me and one other member..weird stuff.
