I'd almost switch from Pink Floyd to Polka music if it enticed the sweeties to show off their goods!

That link does't look like the one I have… that looks like an ordinary halogen light, Moose. The actual LED trucklite will fit into stock headlight assemblies just like their original bulbs do.
The one in your picture, moose, looks like a Halogen light. Not at all the same.

Re: Fuel pump advice needed.
I'm wondering if you have to dimple the frame on a Big Block bike for the mechanical pump? Do they go on the identical spot on the engine block?
I believe that the BB frame differs a little from the SB frame.

http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e74/mcfinkerstein/frbrake2_zpsce5f2758.jpg This is what I did… I too had no room to solder anything in my joker controls… so I clipped the wires off so no power would 'leak' anywhere, and heat shrunk a wee bit of tubing on the end of those wires so that would not b...

Re: Falken Tires
I actually bought the last of the Falken tires (all four) from a franchise tire store… he said they were discontinued. I was bummed out, because I liked how it performed and asked him why… He just shrugged his shoulders and said… "They went over like ceramic condoms I guess…." I took my ti...

Hahaha Dave… now THAT is a career! I started young, I joined the Military early at 16, because the C.O. and my dad were friends. I was Combat communications. In two years I 'Remustered' (Changed branches) and became a Military Firefighter. I spend about 15 years connected to the Canadian Armed Force...

My buddy Bee-Sting-Dave is about 65, and he gripes and gripes and gripes and gripes about feeling and being old. But he works and rides his bike like he's 22. Go figure!

It's been a deep freeze here for about two months now, around -15 on average… but we did have some respite in the last few days where it rocketed up to -8. Today was considered seasonable, so I guess I don't have many complaints… but it's still a bitch to travel highways completely covered in ice an...

Re: Dealing With The Philistines
I've always had a flair for bolt on bruteness (is that a word?) I don't follow the mainstream very far. I recognized many of those bikes in that thread because of my penchant for the unusual, back when I was younger. I have a buddy who's bike has a 21" front wheel on his bagger. The bike by des...

Re: New rear brake on Boss Hoss bikes
I installed the factory upgrade on my bike. I had to replace the entire rotor because the buttons and the inner disc were so badly worn… it rattled when I just got ON the bike. I had brake fade on the stock set up even after replacing the brake fluid. It's the second rotor in 50,000 miles. Maybe tha...

Re: Question for those running a car tire
I ran a couple of years with the stock Avon, then switched to Falken (ran four of those), and finally back to the Avon, now I have a Tire groover, because we get a fair bit of rain here in Canada, and the Winter's wreak havoc on our highways… so the flat car tire tends to perform 'wonky' like that r...

Both my parents were in the Canadian Military. I was sitting in the M.I.R. on a military base (Medical Inspection Room), I was having my hand stitched up (I was about 4 1/2 years old then. I remember the buzz around the Medical clinic kinda scared me a bit… because a 4 years old… I thought my proble...

I don't sense Shriner's comment as all that particularly negative. Maybe he's just worried that the more sponsors, might appear like the other site.
Not entirely sure.

It's interesting here in Canada. Political correctness won't allow us to call Native people "Indians"… it's like using the 'n' word for blacks (which there are very very few blacks in Canada - not sure why that is… maybe the Minus 40 weather keeps them smart enough to say out of this crap)...

Although you can't really see it in this picture… but the Gas Tank logo was designed by a buddy of mine, and I had tank decals made up. But I took it one step further a year later… I had 1/8" raised letters made up, and sent them for brass plating, then double side taped them over the decaled l...

Lot's of intel Moose, but not enough detail. Let's begin with "WHERE" do I find my picture? On my computer? Or in Photobucket where it now resides? When I went into Photobucket to open the pic… right click does not give the option to convert to Paint or resize/skew. I don't know if this ma...

Hey, I just got back on this site quite by accident. I was using a buddies lap top and forgot the other site's official name… and the one site that was logged in my failing memory bank was this one.
