Re: Motor Swap

There is about 2" difference in a BB and a SB frame. It has been done back in the day by a fellow that makes artificial limbs. He put a 454 BB in a SB frame. This was back in the clutch days of BH. This was when the top splice was like the bottom splice. Might be easier now with the design of t...

Re: Tilting body.

Air ride just in time for a Merry Christmas
to you. I'm sure many would be interested
in just how you made your lift kit. Close ups
would be nice. Then we can pick apart your
design, LOL. Maybe see some improvements
for the next guy.

Re: Time to Clean the Front Dual Brake Calipers

Just a thought to check the flow to the 2 brakes, Y not have someone pull the brake lever while you open BOTH bleeder at the same time??? Then you'll know if you're getting proper flow to both brakes. Also, Y not blow out the brake piston with air and fine sandpaper it down. You could also lightly r...

Re: Resolved: Handlebar Start Switch is Intermittent

Thanks for the checking to make, as
it is now confirmed what it means.
Did you know that GUNK was developed
during WW2 as a lubricant for machine
guns but they found when it got wet
to tuned to soap and washed off all the
lubricant that was already there???

Re: No Turn Signals

Was just able to get back into the other site. It's back to what it used to be???? ANYHOW, I found out that you may need a Penta-Star XP Module cost $109,95. I think you'll find most of us with older bikes or trikes have gone to this controller as it eliminates the flasher can and works with LED and...

Re: No Turn Signals

I don't think a regular flasher will work
with LED signals. IF you can log into the
other site do a search for a signal control
unit. The other sire is back to what it used
to be BUT I can't log in???

IF that's the case, you could drill another hole
to mount the cable in closer to the T shaft.
That will require less cable to open thing up all
the way.

Re: It's Alive! IT'S ALIVE!!! MU-A-HAHAHAHA!!!

Did you charge your new batt. before installing it??? I learned in Suzuki school that all batt. should be charged before being installed. IF current is taken out of the batt. at that point is the highest amperage it will ever charge to. We all remember the old saying that the batt. is dry charged IM...

Re: It's Alive! IT'S ALIVE!!! MU-A-HAHAHAHA!!!

Why don't you have a inline filter in the line
between the fuel pump and carb??? It would
be easier change??? I wouldn't depend on the
in carb filter to do all the filtering of the gas
to the carb. IMHO.

Re: Install Tire Balancing Beads

After loosening and before tightening the pinch
bolt, did you grab the front brake and rock the
frontend up and down a few times??? This lets
the lower leg with the pinch bolt find it's sweet
spot of alignment on the axle. Then tighten the
pinch bolt to the proper torque.

Hang in there. You know it'll be well worth it.
I think it should be stated that you are the
forth or fifth owner of your trike and that it
spent time on Florida's coast where it was
subject to lots of salt air conditions and keep
outside under a plastic cover.

Do a search for "Custom Dynamics" Then scroll
down to Harley Davidson, then look for what you need.
LED Turn signals or what ever.
