Re: V8 Chopper in cycle trader
Don, My bike as the same sissy bar. It can be taken off and on very easily and has the back rest cushion that snaps over the bar. I'm not sure but I believe that all of Stan's rear seats are "lick and stick". I found a "backpack" style bag that slides over the sissy bar with the ...

Re: Royal Purple - Questions
Don,
A local NAPA here in Tally carries a full line of Royal Purple including the special blend of Tranny fluid my bike uses. I know each store is different, but didn't know if you had tried there.

We were all hoping that Gerry would be riding again regularly...and even back to his old self. It wasn't to be. Our prayers are with Dawn.

I don't know Jack. I'd heard you could tell by the VIN number so when I read your post, I googled VIN ID info and found the link I posted. It seemed right to me at the time.

Re: First Time You Laid Eyes On Or Rode A Boss Hoss
I know my 2000 SB was made in May of 2000 but how do I tell what number it was in 2000 production ? Jack Jack, I believe you can tell by looking at the VIN number. It should be the last numbers of the ID after the last letter. http://www.vehicleidentificationnumber.com/vehicle_identification_number...

Warren in Atlanta?
This was before my time but, it's my understanding that Warren was one of the first Valk riders to get a B.H. and got so many interested that are still here today. I haven't heard from him since he bought AcroPhil's small block B.H. to ride in Daytona and sold it right after. Just wondering if anyon...

Re: 280 rear tire
Great job!!! The bike looks very nice. It's cool to see someone do their own mods to their bike to reflect their own tastes. Sometimes it doesn't work out so good and sometimes (like in your case) it does. Looking forward to seeing it in person in Daytona.

It's nice to be able to take a piss off your front porch without anyone else knowing about it. The only downside I can find with those pictures might be the resulting FROST BITE!!!

I would go much further than that! The terrorist are all Muslim and if they are spouting "kill the infidels" in a mosque then it should be flattened with everyone inside. It should be a target. They are my enemy. They hate me and even if they wouldn't kill me themselves, they WOULD cheer s...

Re: Multiple Fuel Filters?
Olaf, I had to call Stan to find out which Vacuum Fuel valve he used since I haven't had my tank off yet or messed with the valve itself. This link you posted is the correct valve and he sells them for a little less than the price listed on the pingel site. He said he would have that part listed on ...

Re: Multiple Fuel Filters?
Stan installed a vacuum setup on my Chopper. I like it because I never have to remember to shut/open the fuel. I was "religious" about shutting the fuel off on my B.H. and many times I would crank and drive off with the fuel off only to have the bike quit about 30 seconds afterward. I don'...
