I'm sure there is lots of interest in this thread,Perv,but even though I've made hundreds of passes on the 1/8th and 1/4 miles,for some reason I've never made one on a V8 bike or trike.

Vanquish plans to offer a less expensive alternative V8 bike so that's probably the trans they will utilize. A brand new drag racing rated power-glide transmission can be had starting around $4500, ultra light tricked-out version $8000. I doubt Kelly will be offering a more expensive, less reliable...

If I'm not mistaken,Mike,BH changed both bike & trike frames to the Super Sport configuration in 2010 or 2011.
My guess is the newer tank will work on your SS.

Your trike has a whole new attitude now,John. That thing looks MEAN! Mountain BH sure does nice work. Those brackets are really nice and that headlight fit is excellent.

My father was in the Army Air Corps in WWII,with the 509th Composite Group on Tinian. His B-29 took photos and atmospheric samples over Hiroshima and Nagasaki,right after the bombings. Dad was an incredible man.
