Weld flanges on both side of your frame tubes.
That would make it removable??? It's been done
before, nothing new...

Is this on a trike or a bike???

Pick 2 ???

A member on this site or the old site,
used to sign off with a list of wants.
Horse Power
Speed
Reliability
Torque
Or something else like that.
Then state, PICK 2.
I'm thinking there were 3 desirable wants.
I want the list???

Re: Cable separators

I'm guessing you are talking about your spark plug wires??? I'm also guessing you have center bolt valve covers on a ZZ4, correct. The wire looms you're looking for mount to the side of the head just below the valve cover gasket and above the spark plugs.

Re: Lost compression in cylinder #7

Stuck valve. IF the push rod is out Then the valve should
be closed. With no compression, the valve must be opened... Hence stuck valve. This was a common happening on the ZZ2 in the early 90"s...

Re: 2018 Boss Hoss demo $45,000 415hp

I did it in 2004 for less than $50.00.
IF you clamp between the heal toe
part of the shifter, no extra linkage.
But I guess that's to simple for you.
Marv liked my idea so well he copied
it and sold them for $195.00

Re: Lifter adjustment

That OK, I may have the wrong name of some of the items. Solids are set with a feeler gauge as you say. Hydraulics are set with a preload. If and when the Hydraulic lifters are pumped up you screw down the rocker to zero lass then 1/4 or 1/2 turn more to preload the lifter. This is all to allow for ...

Re: Lifter adjustment

OK, lets start with roller lifters. The roller part is on the bottom of the lifter and in our case it is a hydraulic roller. As with flat tappets and roller, solid tappets and hydraulic are both available. The fact that you state no noise would tell us that you have hydraulic roller lifters. Solid l...

Re: Choke linkage

Jack, as I recall you have a choke cable on yours.
Just find where it connects to the linkage, disconnect
it and replace with a tie wrap. that should hold your
choke open till the cows come home.
