Re: Boss Hoss Country Subscriptions

Any news about this topic? I too paid the fee early this year and last time I spoke to Kim and asked what's going on with the magazine she said they haven't decided what to do with it yet, whether to go online only or what. Would be nice to get some kinda update from them, either a full refund or st...

Riding company anywhere around Houston?

Trying my luck here... Any V8 bikers around Houston area who'd be up for a ride someday soon?
Would be nice to ride, chat and exchange experiences with someone who knows these machines.

Thanks for the tips fellas!
Especially Grand Canard; that Ryan's Performance is just about 3 hour ride from my place, so I'll definitely give him a call! Thanks man!

LS3 throttle

I wonder if anyone else here has had this problem: I find maneuvering on crawling speed very challenging when having to make tight turns since no matter how carefully I try to twist the throttle it either revs up too much or it stays on idle. It's like there's a couple hundred rpm gap between the id...

Re: Very happy new owner of Kannon 502

Howdy y'all! Life is crazy and full of surprises... luckily during the past 2 years it's been surprising me in the most positive way I could've ever expected: Just 2 months after my last post here me and my wife were given an opportunity to relocate to Texas! Having been very pro-America all my life...

Re: Very happy new owner of Kannon 502

So I cancelled the deal. Had to do listen to my brain instead of heart this time. I'll be back when I can afford to buy a V8 bike for sunny day around town cruising while keeping my Harley as the all purpose bike. In the meantime I wish all of you good cruising and safe riding on those awesome machi...

Re: Very happy new owner of Kannon 502

I just test rode it last night in Helsinki. Funny that it felt kinda lighter than a small block BH that I test rode 3 years ago, yet the big block feels a bit more clumsy. I was pumped with adrenaline after the test ride and man I would like to proceed to finish off the deal, but in all honesty I st...

Re: Very happy new owner of Kannon 502

Thanks Barry! And 502wingman, I delivered your greetings to Kimi today! The fuel pump is off now and now I'm anxiously waiting for a call from Kimi to know when we can put a new or repaired pump back on and take the beast out for a test ride. I'm keeping my thumbs up and fingers crossed that I could...

Do I have to be a Boss Hoss owner to be able to attend the Pullman City rally, or are all V8-bikes welcome?

Re: Very happy new owner of Kannon 502

Does Kim Forsman of Finland still have HIS Kannon 502? Physically yes, on paper no. He's the guy I bought my Kannon from. The bike still sits at his garage, because we need to change the fuel pump and fuel lines on it and I need to take it for a test ride, but we've shaken hands and signed the pape...

Hi Beefy :D :welcome: Any spare photos of your Kannon BB to post up? Thanks guys! I'll take my gopro camera with me tomorrow when we start to change the fuel pump and fuel lines and will post some photos here as soon as I can. Hopefully by the end of the week I'll have some riding footage to share ...

POLL for all big block owners!

What IN YOUR OPINION makes the big block superior vs. ZZ4 and LS3? Why there's no replacement for displacement, even if you could pull out the same amount of horses out of LS3 too? Is it the sound, the bigger size, more intimidating look...? Please share your opinion and point of view! I'm kinda lat...

Hi Barry, Gotta admit you made an April's fool outta me too! Glad to be an April's fool knowing your FI system works and kicks ass! May I ask how much did...

Re: 502 BB heat shields

If you know for sure they are the exact same headers that Boss Hoss uses, then I would say it's a good bet you could possibly order them from Boss Hoss Factory. I'm not sure they are the exact same headers, but they do look very similar. But do you know what I mean by the headers being slightly dif...

502 BB heat shields

From where could I order heat shields for the header pipes? The normal chromed shields that are on most of the Boss Hosses. And another question regarding the header pipes themselves: why are they differently routed on the left side? I mean, on the right side(from the rider's POV) the headers are sy...

Very happy new owner of Kannon 502

Hello fellow V8 bikers, a three year wait is finally over and I signed the purchase papers of a 2001 Kannon 502 big block muscle bike! Haven't ridden it yet as it needs a new fuel pump and fuel lines installed, but by the end of next week I should be leaving black stripe behind me on the streets of ...
