Re: New Topic - Old Subject...Sabertooth
I'd ixnay the cheeseburger exhaust smell. The PETA people would shriek at the thought of a vehicle emitting the smell of grilled animal flesh. Why not retune the exhaust to smell more like pan fried tofu with shallots?

Of course you could always do what brave Ulysses did to his men and plug your ears with wax. Remember Sirens songs can be hazardous.

Re: Speedhut Speedi
We spoke with SpeedHut, great guys, but they weren't going to fix the problem; again, SpeedHut is awesome for a car or on anything where it is not exposed directly to weather. Rick, I couldn't agree more. When I ride to Bike Week and Sturgis, I camp. That means the BH sleeps outside. I'm on my four...

I'll be leaving Dallas on the 7th. I'll be camping at the Fastlane campground in Deland. I'm the old, fat, one-legged guy on the solid red Coupe. Dennis

Re: 2015 Coupe Rear LED Brake / Tail Light Unit Failed.
Thanks guys. I was advised to make sure that there was power to the unit for the turn signal / brake light function. I guess there is a control unit upstream of the tail light that could also be the culprit for failure. I'll get out the ol' VOM and report back.

2015 Coupe Rear LED Brake / Tail Light Unit Failed.
The rear right brake light failed. The tail light function in the unit still works fine. Anyone know if there is an aftermarket LED replacement for it? Thanks.

Mr. LaFong, I wish you a speedy recovery. If in the future you find you miss the adrenaline rush associated with horsepower, there still are other options. A friend of mine built a Factory Five Shelby Cobra. He's constantly boosting its horsepower beyond sane levels. Kind of like Boss Hoss guys only...

Can you test your fuel pump's maximum output and pressure? Are you planning on putting in a larger fuel pump? Do your injectors have a listed maximum flow rate?
How many times do you expect to be above 5200 RPM?

I'm pretty sure that I'm going to modify Berzerkers 7.7 liter engine so can install twin turbo's producing 1800+ hp. You might want to check with a good opthamologist about having structural bracing installed inside your eyeballs. With that kind of horsepower, the acceleration without the bracing w...

That's why aside from my old biker friends I'm a loner. Amen! It's been a long time since I've ridden next to someone. I bought my first bike in 1964. I was 16 and had to hit my Grandmother up for a loan because my folks were against my buying a "murdercycle." As riders become old farts, ...

The install is a 10 minute job and a flat and a phillips screwdriver are all the tools needed. I'm glad your install went well. My stock bulb got so hot it melted the plastic socket. I had to solder in and shrink wrap a new socket. But it was certainly worth it. The high beam is really something, i...

Re: Boss Hoss NHRA
I think it would be better to sell reasonably priced motorcycles. I have a 2015 anniversary edition coupe ($39,999) with the LS-300 motor. I chatted with the Boss Hoss folks when they were set up at Sturgis, voicing my concern that they no longer offer that motor option. I have a disability that ma...

Hey, if it's good enough for Jennifer Aniston -- it's good enough for my Golden Retriever. My pet shop sells it and I'm going to get some. The more money we put in Devon's pocket, the better the chance Boss Hoss will celebrate a 30th anniversary.
