Re: The President
I have absolutely not changed my mind. President Trump is the first political outsider of my time to become president. IMO he has done a fantastic job. Will be voting for him again in November. In the US, we have career politicians that spend their time, power and resources enriching themselves rath...

I totally agree with Ricky. Trump takes action rather than just talk about it. Also, he calls a spade a spade. Quite amusing at times

Re: WANTED : speedo for 2007 model
Take a measurement and look and see if Speedhut now has one that fits without the adapter. If not, I have an adapter ring I will send you. They have added several items over the years. Seems like I remember someone buying on that was a direct fit.

I sure like the Speedhut GPS Speedo's. They will set the odometer where you want it as well.

Re: Leaking Fork Tube Seals
With regards to the lower leg seal leaking, there is a fix that is quite simple. With the front wheel off, unscrew (not all the way) the offending lower fork, exposing about 12 or 14MM of thread. Clean with brake cleaner, apply "medium strength" threadlocker, then reassemble. This was a tr...

That is good. I have had the same issue with Avon 300's as well; just ran it though. Could see some scallops as the tire wore.

Re: Balancing beads
Some of the tire balancing bead bags are meant to go in the tire as a packet, then as the tire heats up they break apart. Had those on my truck. Shook like hell for the first 4 or 5 miles then smooth after that. If it is not a bad imbalance, give it a nice 30 or 40 mile ride at highway speed and see...

I've heard from a reliable source that if you run a jumper wire from one large terminal to the other on the ST80 it wil work in an emergency. Never tried it but I aways carry a made up jumper wire just in case . I also carry a spare ST 80 but the jumper wire wold get you back running quicker if on ...

V8 Chopper Trike
Recently, I have purchased a V8 Chopper trike. Wondering if anyone on this forum has V8 Chop experience and can provide any do's, don'ts and other advice about this beast? It is the "Sport" model with the Dart 400 SBC.
Thanks in advance!

That is a strange one! Just some ideas: Is it truly running hot, or is it just venting fluid via the radiator cap overflow? What is the temperature gauge showing? Does it have a overflow/recovery tank? A couple of times, I have had the switch that turns the fan on and off get flakey. May not be gett...

New BH Dealer in Georgia
Had a great time today visiting our new BH dealer in Woodbury, Georgia. The dealership is Kendrick Boss Hoss. Alan Kendrick (owner) has a nice shop and is extremely knowledgeable on the BH's and other bikes as well. Take a look at their Facebook page. So happy to have a dealer in Georgia! In one of ...
