Now I need help!

my Bike has no more propulsion in first gear!

It happens during cruising. There was no cracking noise ore something. Oil looks great, no metall in it, reverse is working.

It´s a 2001 SB with an A ore B gearbox.

What can that be???

I just found out, that I can move the front pulley-shaft 2-4mm axial, shit!!!

someone had that before??

Did make no oil change, just wondering about that. I think I have to calm down.
Next step is to built a that front brake locking device like hogV8 did.
Next month I want to do oil changes on tranny and engine. See what happens.

Hi folks, may one of you has an idea. (hopefully ;) ) When I start my bike (cold) the transmission slidley already wants to move the bike in neutral!! :o Then after Motortemperature is warm I put in the first gear and it takes some time that the bike wants to move. What can that be? Is it the first ...

Do you have a contact from nesco? Phonenumber ore adress?

to put a two speed in I have to modify the frame, and that is what the german Tüv will never allowed.

thanks for all that info. I´m planing to do a lot of these "adjustment-things" during the winter brake.

that sounds plausible to me!
Because I think, that the spacer in my bike is not the original! Last year I changed the bearings and tightened the nut the corect way, but still feel a little "wobbling" in the system.
Now I´ll try the way you discribe.

It`s a 3/4" axle with tappered bearings.
