Re: Mike Wallace - AKA mdwdvm
Thanks to all for the well wishes and kind words. I'll provide a quick synopsis of my health challenge here, just so those who may not have the time to invest in going to the Caring Bridge site have an initial idea of the dragon I'm fighting. Last Friday I was blind-sided with a diagnosis of leukemi...

Re: 2015 11th Int. Boss Hoss Rally at Pullman, Germany
Bill, Thanks for the great report. It looks like there were a lot of good people, good times, interesting bikes and lots of fun!! What was the attendance like as compared to year's past? I've never been, but from pictures/videos I've seen of earlier rallies I got the impression that maybe this was a...

Re: Trans Oil and filter change
[quote="V-MAN new fluid or a new trans filter WILL NOT CAUSE YOUR TRANS TO FAIL .[/quote] Well maybe it could - if you took the old filter and put it in a very high speed industrial blender/grinder to homogenize it, and then put it back in with the new fluid. Just sayin............. :anvil:

Re: Off Topic - Boss Hoss T-Shirts / sschevygrl
Mark, I bought a 25th anniversary shirt from sschevygirl on ebay back in April and received with no problems. I think the seller that Jack mentioned is actually flaskmanchin - I've purchased from him and he's very responsive and even willing to customize the shirts. I had a local shop make a shirt f...

FYI - when I upgraded to the Anotts on both my bikes from the stock Aldan spring shocks, the NOS bottle mounts fit just fine. The mounts should work on either.

Re: NOS mount for Arnott shocks
Bill, Marv has them on the second page of the second 'book' of custom accessories - under the NOS bottle. It's titled NOS bottle and accessories and when you click on it a list will show that includes the brackets. I would paste a link but I'm on my iPad and tougher to do than on my computer. Mike

Re: New Product - Neutrino Black Box
I like the keyless ignition idea and had installed one in the past on a motorcycle I no longer own. What unit are you using? I used an RFID type but can't remember the name of company (will look in toolbox for paperwork). Don, I've installed two items from Digital Guard Dawg. One is a starter relay...

Re: Alzheimer's test
I'm reminded of a joke I heard years ago. The pope and a bishop were traveling cross country on a train. After working on a crossword puzzle for a while the pope turns and asks the bishop, "Say, can you think of a four letter word that ends in u-n-t that describes a type of woman?" "H...

Re: New Product - Neutrino Black Box
I received the Neutrino Black Box at the end of last week but didn't have a chance to install until a couple of days ago. At this point I have it completely hooked up, but not totally finished with securing all my wiring, in part because I'm installing a keyless ignition at the same time and I have ...

PMs and Outbox
I've sent PMs successfully in the past, but have several that I've sent this past weekend that are still sitting in the outbox folder. Do they stay there until the receiving party opens them, or am I somehow failing to get them actually sent?

Re: New Product - Neutrino Black Box
I installed a similar power distribution module on the Gangsta trike that we had - here's the link to information about the one I used: http://www.waytekwire.com/item/80121/60A-POWER-DISTRIBUTION-MODULE/ It was one of the better upgrades I added to the trike - it not only simplified the addition of ...

Re: Vapor lock??
I've found at least on my set up that a fuel pressure gage Teed of from the fuel line to the carb does not read very accurately . I found that it is more accurate Teed right off the pump itself . Jack - with the return system I have in place - the pressure off the pump is not helpful as it will be ...

Re: Vapor lock??
UPDATE - not intending to highjack your thread, but thought I would update the situation with my return line set-up. I pulled the return elbow and inserted a larger diameter riser tube. Back together and it was better, but still not good - lowest pressure I could attain was 8.5 psi. While working on...

Re: Vapor lock??
Zach, I agree that line insulation should be helpful. My fuel pump went out on my big block a little over a week ago so I decided that while I was at it I should make a few changes to help with the heat and potential vapor lock since the 502 is more prone. It's taken a bit of time and effort, but he...

I guess I'm fortunate that all I've had to deal with is idiots sitting on my bike to get their picture and not vandalism. Regardless, I've gotten fed up with the stupid picture sitters........so on my new-to-me big block I've installed a Scorpio alarm with a perimeter sensor. It acts like most alarm...

Tom, I wish I had a good suggestion for you, but I don't. Easy out would be the way I would try - but a challenge with a small screw as you've noted. I'm sure some others will have some ideas. In fact, since this seems to be a recurrent problem for you..............and given your past exchanges with...

Here's a few options:
http://www.ironhorsetrailers.com/
http://www.rallytimetrailers.com/
http://www.oldinc.com/magseries.htm
http://aeroshieldtrailer.com/
I've seen one (brand unknown) that was used to haul a boss bike, but there was only room for the one bike.
