Re: International Boss Hoss Meeting at Pullman City Harz
Bill, there have been smaller, informal meetings over the last couple of years. But nothing compares to the huge event in Pullman. An event like this with thousands of visitors needs a huge infrastructure. Even without visitors and just the Boss Hoss riders very difficult to find that here. There ar...

Re: Pinging
Same here bro. We only went Saturday night for the ceremony in memory of Wolfgang. It was so sad and I am still devastated.
Re: Pinging
in my humble opinion there are three choices depending on your preferences:
- adjust your timing
- try octane booster and calculate if it is cheaper or simply use
- high octane fuel

Re: Speedo not working.
Well, check at the sensor first an see if it is still properly attached.
I also found that it is better to run the cable along the frame not to close to the distributor. Source for erratic readings

Coming into the garage it always smelled like there was a open jar filled with gasoline sitting in the corner. But never had a leak.......

Thank you for keeping this up. (Kiss smiley) SE Gamer works for me
Re: Fuel pump
Could be the Carter P4070. I had this one in my 502 bike for many years and it was perfect. And yes, I would think that 6psi is much better than 9.5psi

@Paul: I have to apologize. Searched to quick  and, hard to believe, there a two leather specialists with the same name. Could not find a website for the one in Felton but a nice article about them: https://eu.delawareonline.com/story/life/2016/02/09/sister-brother-keeps-dads-leather-shop-runni...

Re: Pondering a Differential Gear Change
I had a 2008 Tahoe for many years. In 2012 we rented a Suburban for a big trip with four people and lots of luggage. The transmissions after 2009 came with an extra gear and the Suburban turned about 500 rpm less at the same speed than my Tahoe. Even fully loaded the Suburban improved about 3-4 mls/...

Thanks guys for your comments
Yes, these old cars are amazing. They don't drive, they just hover or float down the road like an aircraft carrier.
Last weekend my son Frederick and I went for a ride and we had so much fun.
"Standard of the world" certainly was the perfect advertising

Back to a 8.2l BigBlock
Finally brought the beauty home. 1976 Cadillac Eldorado Bicentennial. 500cui'/8.2l BB. Only 200 were build when GM decided to eliminate convertibles from their lineup in April 76. This is number 195. Most of these vehicles disappeared as collector items in storage right after they were sold. So this...

Re: International Boss Hoss Meeting Pullman City 2020
No final decision at this time.
Our Government leaves the definition of a mass gathering to the states; in this case the state of Saxonia-Anhalt.
So there is still a little hope but in my opinon it is very little.....its hard to imagine to do the "social distancing" in PullmanCity....
